Syntax:
cast '<spell name>' target
cast <spell name> target
c <spell abbreviation> target

Spell names may be abbreviated, and the quotes are optional.  If you do not
specify a target, the spell will target you, unless it is combative.  Combative
spells will automatically target whatever you are fighting if you do not
specify a target.

Spells are used to inflict damage on mobs and to provide protection or
healing powers to players. For help on an individual spell try: help 'spell
name'.  Each time a spell is cast mana is drained. Spells also need to be
learned from a guildmaster or other that is high enough level to teach the
spell. To see a list of the spells you currently know type spells. 'Slist' is a
command used to show the spells known and taught by a given trainer. Slist
only works in a room with a trainer.
