Bonus levels are additional levels that can be gained in special classes
that are temporary in nature and typically set up for a game event.

To see if any bonus classes are available, use the 'bonus' command.  Your
progress in any bonus class can be tracked using the 'level' command like
normal levels.  Bonus levels may have experience costs, also visible with
level, or quest requirements.

Each bonus level gained unlocks an ability, and that skill or spell becomes
immediately available to use without spending any practices or finding a
teacher.

Any bonus ability gained uses your primary level as the skill or spell level.
There are no intelligence, wisdom or charisma requirements for bonus class
spells.

You do not gain hp, mana or movement for bonus levels.  Bonus levels are not
figured into your total levels for the purposes of using equipment or
leaderboard tracking.
