enchant <object> <class name>

The 'essence enchant' skill is a potent ritual that allows you to
copy a portion of your knowledge and talent into an object. It gains
a cast or skill level of the class you designate. This is the most
common, wide-spread method of adding cast and skill level to objects.

This enchant is taxing to both the mind and body, and uses a large
amount of mana and movement. It has a fairly large gold cost, and it
expends a small number of profession points as well.

You cannot use this enchant on objects higher level than your level in
the class you wish to bind essence from. In addition to rings, held items
and weapons, each class can add essence to the following wear locations:

Cleric      - neck, waist
Druid       - neck, on body, feet (non-metallic items only)
Mage        - neck, wrist
Necromancer - hands, on body
Thief       - waist, hands, feet
Warrior     - waist, arms, hands
