Usage:
cast darken <target>
cast darken room

This spell will temporarily darken a room with a magical fog that will hide
anyone not in direct contact with a light source.

It can be cast on characters, where it will mask all glowing objects
or light sources for the duration of the spell.

It can also be cast on objects, where it will mask light and glow flags for
the duration of the spell.
