Usage:
cast peace
cast peace <target>

The 'peace' spell attempts to pacify the occupants in the room.
It is area effect, and success is dependent on the level of the caster and
the saving throws of the target(s).

The target may be disoriented or even dazed for a short time after the peace
spell wears off.
