Usage:
cast area heal

This spell heals all members of a group simultaneously.  Those with the
greatest injuries generally benefit the most, but even lightly injured
group members will be healed a small amount.

Note that minions are included in the healing process, but only those
minions which appear on the caster's 'group' display.  For example, by
enabling all minion spam, the caster will heal all minions.  If all
minion spam is disabled, this spell will not heal any minions.
