Usage:
steal gold <character>
steal <object> <character>

Steal is a thief skill used to steal an item from another character. If
you succeed your action goes unnoticed, but if you fail the character
will attack you.  You may steal either gold or specified objects.

Stealing a particular item or gold is much harder than simply pickpocketing,
since you are attempting to take a specific thing and not just taking
what you can get.  If caught, the consequences can also be more severe.
Charisma can help you talk your way out of getting caught.

Steal may be practiced at a guildmaster or other trainer.
