Usage:
shadow bind <target>

A skilled thief can drive a stake through the target's shadow. For a short time
the target is then anchored in place and has severely restricted movement. They
will be unable to flee, and their ability to dodge is hampered.

Creatures made from shadow are immune to shadow binding, as are true vampires.
