Cloak of fear is an advanced variation of cloak of darkness. Instead of covering
light sources and attempting to hide, the thief surrounds himself with
horrifying illusions to inspire terror in his enemies. Like cloak of darkness,
the illusion persists until it is manually turned off or the thief is no longer
able to maintain it.
