Usage:
set alarm <hour>
set alarm show
set alarm delete

You can set an alarm to go off at the indicated hour using 'set time <hour>'.

The time is the hour of the day between 0 and 23, corresponding to 24-hour or
military time.

When activated, the alarm will send a message and turn itself off. An alarm
must be manually reset after it goes off. The alarm will go off any time during
an indicated hour, so traveling between planes can trip your alarm.
