This help page gives a condensed list of hints for leveling with the 1995
leveling scheme.  It is provided for reference for those using the scheme.
No guarantees are made, and there is considerably more information available
by word of mouth.  You should go find it.  And go get some leveling eq.

Practices are gained every time you level, and the number you receive is
determined by your wisdom when you level:
14 wis = 3 practices		20 wis = 4 practices
27 wis = 5 practices		30 wis = 6 practices

A high intelligence increases the amount of mana you get per level.   As your
maximum mana increases, you will begin to get fewer and fewer mana per level.
A high constitution increases the amount of hp you get per level.  As your
maximum hp increases, you will begin to get fewer and fewer hp per level.
A high strength and low age is said to increase movement gained per level.

Wisdom is the most important stat, and you must decide how to balance wisdom
gained against other stats.  It is often wise to raise your intelligence and
constitution at low levels to help maximize your hp and mana.
