Constitution is a measure of how 'hardy' your character is. Because warriors
often need many hitpoints to survive, this is primarily a warrior stat.
However, any class will benefit from more hit points. Constitution also
helps with:

- hitpoint and movement regeneration
- increased healing and reduced cooldown for warrior recovery skills such as
  cry of victory and second wind
- recovering from poisons
- resisting being dazed and stunned
- staving off disease

Constitution can be magically augmented, via the druid tonic 'trollsblut', and
debuffed with the cleric curse 'famine' and the 'itching skin' thief poison.

You can raise your constitution permanently with the 'train' command.
