If your character is below about 150 total levels, you can restart it by
using one of the options right before login.  When you restart, you lose
all your levels, experience, skills, practices and other stats, but not
your equipment, gold, or credits.

You may want to restart to try out a different class or to make better
decisions on your second time through the game.

If you've purchased practices with credits, you'll get those extra
practices back when you restart (you don't lose purchased practices.)
