A great blade for those of spiritual abilities, the Sparkling sapphire blade
can only be made with the right components by a skilled weaponsmith
who is a spiritual man.  Holy warriors from all over the land have looked
for this quick and powerful blade.  It is rumored that there is one who
can make such a blade.  He is said to be a monk living in the north
somewhere.
