Title: a frozen book called 'Havoc'

This book has covers made of tanned yeti hide and is clasped shut by a
set of yeti claws.  Each sheet is a paper thin sheet of ice written on
in violet letters.  The book tells of a fanatical group of demon
worshippers who work ceaselessly to free a being known as the Blue
Serpent.  These fiends apparently summoned a demon who taught them
worship of this Blue Serpent, and calling themselves 'Havoc' set out to
become skilled warriors and mages to better serve the evil being when
it is freed, and its time has come round at last.
