Hayward is of average height and build, with piercing hazel eyes. His
sandy hair is long and pulled back in a ponytail. His skin is chestnut.
His nose is large, with a distinct bend in the middle. He has bony,
sunken cheeks and a folded double chin beneath a drawn, tight-lipped
mouth. His face is criss-crossed with dozens of minor scars. He looks
fairly young and fresh.
