Phraqtalea is short and of skinny build, with brown eyes. His dark
brown hair is long, carefully braided and pulled back. His ebony skin
is glossy. His nose is short with flaring upturned nostrils. He has
sagging jowls and a thin-lipped mouth above a folded double chin. He
has a scar running down his left cheek. He looks hale with youth.
