Velius is of average height and of slender build, with blue eyes. His
sandy hair is shoulder length and very bushy. His skin is honey. His
nose is large, with a distinct bend in the middle. He has bony, sunken
cheeks and a drawn, tight-lipped mouth above a chin with a noticeable
cleft. He looks fairly young and fresh.
