The city of Dreahul experiences an odd phenomenon each night. Thick,
swirling mist would cover the entire region, sometimes hiding within its
embrace demonlings who would take shape at the darkest of times to prey on
the city's inhabitants. Light is anathema to them, however. Concentrated
sunlight banishes the entire fog and all those who thrive upon it.
Even in daylight, however, the citizens of Dreahul experience a hiding,
malevolent power somewhere within the city, as if trapped. A malice that
slumbers, waiting for the master of that malevolent power to tap into and
awaken it.
