The Ayakashi Archipelago off the eastern coast of Suboria is a dangerous
stretch of sea. Sunken reefs and icebergs make nagigation hazardous, and
the waters all but swarm with sharks. It is said the spirits of shipwrecked
sailors and their passengers can be seen here, even during the middle of
the day, each bound to the earth, unable to rest.
