Rule 13.1 - Introduction

Every so often, we host system events for a change of pace.  These special
events can be great and wondrous things, but they also offer special
opportunities for griefing and general stupidity.  Therefore, there are
additional things to be aware of during events.  This section gives an
overview of the most common special rules for events.
