Rule 13.2 - Informational - bug reporting convention

Even the most thoroughly checked event areas are going to be more rough
and buggy than more common zones, for no other reason than event areas
just don't get the kind of testing time that areas which are run every
day do.  This isn't because we don't test event areas - it's because
debugging areas is hard and takes a very long time.

Because of this, it's basically polite convention that players do their
best even if the area is buggy.  In exchange for this, builders will try
to fix the worst of the problems, to the extent that they can given the
time available while the event is running.

Keep in mind that running an event is extremely stressful for a builder,
and that fixing a bug while an area is running is often pretty difficult.
Builders won't always be able to immediately fix bugs that you report,
so don't pester them repeatedly.
