Rule 13.4 - Thou shalt not be a dumbass when dealing with gods

Gods are very busy during events and have better things to do than deal
with rulebreaking.  Don't harass them, don't complain about trifling
things, and do what they tell you if something goes wrong.  Expect them
to have less tolerance for shenanigans.
