Rule 7.5 - Thou shalt not dispel other players without consent

Players are often affected by a lot of spells, and it takes time and
mana to cast and maintain those spells.  Casting dispel magic on a
player when they are fully spelled can cause all that mana to
dissipate into thin air.

Also, dispelling a player in battle can make you responsible for their
death if they die!

Don't dispel people unless they specifically request to be dispelled.

Note that you can use the 'set annoy' command to make it harder or
easier for people to dispel you.
