Item description:

This fringed blanket is made from light wool. It has been dyed the colors
of the Rubicon Principality: squares of dark blue with bright yellow thread
woven throughout, banded by twists on many-hued fabric. It is meant to be
worn over one shoulder. It is held in place by round pin which bears the
image of a crown over a dagger next to a book over a castle, the seal of
House Rubicon.
