This silver band is meant to be worn beneath the Silver Crown of the old
Kingdom of Q'thelas. Each new king had a new circlet made, with which he or
she would be buried. The kings and queens of Q'thelas were traditionally
mighty priests and paladins of virtue, and the signs of their office often
took on some of their power.
