Item description:

This finely crafted chestplate has been made out of a lightweight
steel. The lighter grade steel would allow for greater mobility, but it
wouldn't provide a lot of protection. Engraved on the front of the
plate is a dragon that has been painted black with a pair of blood red
gems inset into the slots where the eyes would normally be found.
