Item description:

This is a collection of inch-wide leather straps, each connected to other
straps with small metal rings. When placed properly, the harness displays
the basic shape of a human torso. Each strap has a series of lightly
glowing gems attached to it, and each metal ring has an extra little loop
of leather with the purpose of attaching other objects to.
