Item description:

A beautiful chain of silver, possibly crafted by elven hands, contains
sapphire and opal stones. There are three opal stones and two sapphire
stones, with the stone types  alternating.  It seems to have a very weak
magical aura to it, almost a negative aura if that's even possible.
