Item description:

This cloth, a crimson material lined with gold, is quite heavy, but when
you don it it seems to weigh less.  Golden threads are interwoven in the
robe, no doubt adding a sturdy layer of protection to whomever wears it.  
The cape seems to draw power from you as you touch it... and the golden
threads start go glow slightly as if they were storing power.  Any
magic user should be happy to own this robe, as it is steeped heavily
in enchantments.
