Item description:

A pole of darkwood, surrmounted by a darkwood plaque bearing the words:
LEGION FOUR -- THE DRAGONSLAYERS. Beneath the plaque is a roll of beautifully
preserved sapphire dragon hide, with the scales still intact.  A pair of
blue-grey horns frame the side of the plaque, pointing downward towards the
hide.  The remainder of the pole is  decorated with metal tokens of victory,
each inscribed with the date, location and foe in a particular battle.
