This finely-crafted weapon is shortsword made from delicately chiseled
sapphire.  The blade is short, broad and partially transparent. The handle
has been fitted with leather to afford the wielder a better grip.  The
sword's edges are razor sharp, and a star sapphire is set in the pommel.
