Item description:

This tube of heavy plastic is mounted on a wheeled frame. One end of the
tube is closed, the other open. A rope dangles from the closed end of the
tube. When the rope is pulled, the cannon fires out blasts of air, which
can be used to launch confetti, T-shirts and other party favors.
