Item description:

The long, brown cloak seems to have been well-used, judging from the
threadbear fabric it is composed from. It is divided into tastles that seem
to oddly ripple, though no breeze causes it to do so. Upon closer
inspection, the source of the phenomenon turns out to be symbols
embroidered on the tastles, which faintly glow with a radiant green. The
cloak itself has small jade stones inset into it, also giving it a glow.
