Item description:

A leather belt fitter with interlocking slabs of obsidian, each inscribed
with a different rune.  On the buckle, the fiery image of Shadowfax appears. 
The Aztecs worship Shadowfax, god of fire, and make sacrifice unto him,
asking for the return of hot, dry winds from the mountains.  It is made of
obsidian, the element of evil, and cannot be used by the forces of good.
