It is the corpse of a player... it's different from the corpse of a monster
but it may be possible and allowable to sacrifice the corpse to your god. 
You also would feel really bad about stealing equipment from it that did not
belong to you, as that would be equivalent to robbing the grave. Plus, it's
illegal and a god would probably kill you for it.
