Item description:

It's a thin band of gold worn on your forearm.  The glittering gold reflects
any light source around it and amplifies the light--slightly annoying since
it all seems to shine in your eyes.  The band doesn't quite reach entirely
around your arm, but a bit a copper wire will tie it down into place.  Indeed
it's made of gold, since it is pretty heavy.
