Item description:

Dozens of long strands of hemp have been braided together and then woven
into a couple of loops. These loops are about three inches in width and a
plain brown in color. A single braid has been left at either end so that
the two ends can be tied together around the upper arms or legs to create
simple magically infused armbands or leg bands.
