Item description:

It is a small, very lightweight black rock carved roughly into a V-shape with
one of the arms of the 'V' longer that the other and slightly curved inward. 
The rune glows with a faint bluish hue.  A simple black elastic band allows
it to be worn nearly anywhere on the body.
