Item description:

The hood is made of a lightweight grey cloth. A panel of black cloth
stretches across the front of the opening, and would cover the lower half of
the wearer's face.  The cloth seems to shimmer slightly as it moves, as
though an illusion cast over it tries to conceal the mask.
