This cloak seems to have been formed from pure smoke.  As
you touch it, you realize that if this is smoke, it is very
solid.  A quick flick of your finger against the 'cloth'
reveals the nature of this armour.  Any quick action
against the cloak will cause it to solidify into something
similar to steel.
