Item description:

The ring is made of a crystalline material not unlike that of smoky blue
quartz. Its outer side has two black spikes embedded into it, pulsing with
a very powerful light. Its inner side is not different from that of any
other ring, though you can see tiny engravings in its crystal, and those
runes glow a reddish-blue. Powerful magic must be associated with it, as it
vibrates in your hand somewhat, and waves of green light burst from the
spikes from time to time, as though the magic in it is straining to be
unleashed with all its fury on the world.
