Item description:

A plain golden band, featureless and ownerless.  How long it was
sitting at the bottom of that pool you'll never know, but from the
looks of it it has been a long time.  Even so, it still has an odd
feel, as though still housing energies of old. It has been set with a
flawless dragonfang quartz. This cloudy gem is ivory on the bottom,
darkening to ochre and finally brightening to vermillion on the tip.
