Item description:

This hammer has been created out of a special alloy that is capable of
retaining an electrical charge. The front of the large head is flat and a
sharp spike protrudes from the other end.  The haft is carved from solid
oak and wrapped in thick cured leather.  What look to be runes of
enhancement have been etched all over the surface of the leather as well.
