Item description:

The shaft of this mace has been crafted out of a three and a half foot
piece of strange looking metal. Hanging from one end is a twelve inch
chain attached to a metal ball covered in short spikes. Flames of a
bright blue engulf the spiked ball and no matter how hard one tries the
fire can't be extinguished.
