Item description:

  The white titanium blade blazes brilliantly.  Mystic runes graven into the
metal of the longsword weave powerful enchantments upon the weapon as well
as the wielder of it.  It is extremely heavy yet somehow feels marvelously 
balanced in your hand.  The blade stands as high as the average man from
pommel to tip.  The last foot of the blade has a wicked hook in it, slightly
resembling a scythe.
  Ancient legends speak of just such a blade forged by an avatar.  It was
consecrated in the names of all the Gods of Light and was used to battle the
demons from the plane of Chaos. The legends fail to mention what had befallen
the blade after the avatar was killed in a failed attack upon the very lords
of Chaos.
