Item description:

This tube-shaped piece of seaweed is actually a simple wrap dress woven of
different seaweeds of various colors.  It's very pretty and fits snuggly and
conservatively.  The nixie women sometimes wear these.  It resembles a basic
strapless dress that reaches just above the knees.
