Item description:

A green tabard, essentially a sheet with a hole cut in the middle, trimmed in
dark grey.  In the center of both the front and back of the tabbard is a
large grey hand, palm outward towards the viewer. It is finely embroidered,
with a tinge of red and black to bring out the details.  This is the symbol
of the Fifth Legion of the Naginag Combine, Heaven's Hand. There is a hood
sewn into the tabard as well.
