Item description:

This is a piece of armor intended to be worn around the torso.  It is a
breastplate with different thickness in different locations.  Much of the
thickest, and therefore weight, of the armor is on the upper chest.  It
comes with a much thinner backpiece, as well.  The whole of it is made of
iron that has been painted blue and has a lightning bolt insignia on the
front.
