Item description:

Even though the front side of this chestplate is covered in glowing
white scales it is still pretty flexible and shouldn't hinder the
user's movement in battle. The rest of the plate has been crafted out
of leather with a soft material lining the inner side. Running down
each side are several straps that could be used to help to secure the
plate in its proper place.
